Rates for 2011 and 2012   

High Season = June, July, August and September. Off Season = other months.
One week minimum (7 nights). Three weeks maximum (21 nights).

Maximum 6 persons. Note that the rent prices are in dollars, and the service charge is in Euros. The service charge is due in cash upon arrival.

Booking and Deposit

Send a signed contract, plus payment of half the total rent, by check (in US dollars), to confirm reservation. Information confirming the booking and arrangements for your arrival will then be sent to you.

Payment of Balance and Security Deposit

About 30 days before your departure, you will receive an email reminding you to send a check for the balance of rent and the security deposit, which is $1000. Both can be personal checks made out to Chantal Lewis. The payment of balance and the security deposit must be received a minimum of two weeks before the start of the rental. Please mail promptly so your account can be credited before you leave.

Service Charge

You will be welcomed by my representative. Upon arrival, you have one financial obligation:  Service Charge in Euros cash payable to my representative.

Conditions

The property must be treated with care. Guests must clean the dishes before leaving the house.  All trash must be sorted as required by the town, removed and put into the appropriate bins. The house must be left in a clean state, comparable to its condition upon your arrival. If the house if left in proper order, I will simply return your security deposit check to you by postal mail after your departure.

No pets, and no smoking. There may be a surcharge for utilities depending on the season.

Cancellation:  More than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of deposit is refunded; more than 30 days prior, 50% is refunded. Less than 30 days, no cash refund but credited toward another time. 

Privacy:  Personal information required to complete this contract shall be used solely for that purpose, with the exception that guests may receive occasional email messages from the owner regarding news about BrittanyCoastHome.com.
