In the immediate vicinity, there is swimming at the beach just a minute's walk away. The GR 34 trail, which passes right by the Guerzit beach, offers hiking along the rugged and picturesque coast. Close by, there are opportunites to fish, kayak, sail, golf, wind surf, bike, snorkel & dive, play tennis, and ride horses. There are restaurants and museums.

In the charming village of Plougasnou, just a few minutes' drive away, there is a street market on Tuesdays, as well as restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket.

The historic city of Morlaix, approximately 20 minutes away by car, is known for its impressive viaduct, ancient streets and marvelous old buildings. Like Morlaix, Lannion (pictured below), is famous for its old quarter with half-timbered houses, chapels and frescoes. There is a downtown market on Thursdays in Lannion, and Saturday mornings in Morlaix.
